Where it all started
David earned his living as a Chartered Building Surveyor, running his own practice, but his lifelong passion is for Music, and Choral Music in particular.
David has been a Composer, Singer and Choral Director for over thirty years and he is a member of the Association of British Choral Directors.
David is now devoting more of his time to composing and is currently working on his Third String Quartet and his First Symphony

David has written works for many combinations of musical forces:

As a Choral Director...
David, who is a member of the Association of British Choral Directors, has conducted both mixed voice and ladies’ choirs. He is planning, shortly, to start a mixed voice, chamber choir to perform 20th & 21st Century art music.
As a Singer...
David has performed in a wide range of chamber choirs and sang for eleven years with the Royal School of Church Music – Cathedral Singers – in the South and West Area – and in the choir of Christ Church Bath.
